Having a strong core is an incredible feeling! This playful and fun workout gives you the option of using different Pilates props such as the magic circle, bands and balls. If you don't have any of these props at home - no worries. Carly will lead you through each workout routine without the props as well. You also have the option of mixing and matching your Pilates workout in convenient 15 minute segments. The possibilities are entirely up to you. Discover ways to strengthen the deep muscles of your abdomen, lower back, bottom and thighs. Remember - core training is empowering - when your core is strong, your entire body feels better! |
