“My church held an after house adult prayer group. Some of the ladies exercised after the prayer group. That is when you came into my life. I loved your workout. Your DVDs let me ease into an exercise regimen again. It gave me the flexibility to do things on my own terms and at my own pace. Having a newborn I had to be able to exercise at home while the baby slept. I have been working out in my basement ever since. I bought the walk slim at home system. Slowly graduated from 1 mile workout to the 5 mile advanced and the 4 fast mile DVDs. I walk with you faithfully 6 days a week. I can now say I am 100% happy with myself. My name is Deb Cadovius and I have the story you are looking for. I am 28 years old and finally winning the battle against fat. I did it all with Leslie's help. My story starts two years ago after the birth of my second son in January 2006. I visited my Mother and watcher walking to one of Leslie's beginner tapes. I thought only older women used her tapes. Then I thought, I could do that while the boys nap. I wouldn't have to hit the gym and wouldn't have to buy a huge machine. I knew I had to start with one small step. I immediately bought her 1, 2 and 3 mile DVDs. I lost 70lbs and four dress sizes in 13 months. I used her DVDs to maintain. I started using several of her DVDs including Walk/Kick, Four and Five Mile, Walk/Jog. She has literally changed my life.
"I have tried many different exercise tapes but I have never, ever had any real success at losing weight and keeping it off until I used Leslie Sansone's walking tapes along with watching what I eat. For many years I had tried to diet without exercise and if I did exercise, it was very little. Due to this, I would constantly be a yo yo dieter, where I would lose some weight, then gain it back and usually gain back more than I had started out with.
