With Leslie's help I lost 116 pounds in 1 year. During that time I had only 2 weight gains. I also wear normal sized clothes as I went from a size 22-24 to a size 10. I will never give up walking with Leslie Sansone. She is truly an inspiration. Thank you Leslie, for helping me live a healthy life!

"I just wanted to write and say how much I appreciate the "Walk Away the Pounds" and "Walk Slim" DVDs. In 2005 I weighed 222 pounds. A friend told me about Walk Away the Pounds. At the beginning of 2006 I started to exercise with the 1 mile DVD. I cut down what I had been eating. I started to lose weight. I then started exercising with the 2 mile, 3 mile, 4 mile DVDs. In April 2007, I lost 100lbs!

Age: 56
Start Weight: 265
End Weight: 155

I started at 265 pounds - today I weigh 155 pounds. This represents a weight loss of 105 pounds. I do not have a weight or inches goal. I am still waiting to see what will happen. So far, I have removed 50 plus inches from my body measuring from armpit to knees. There is no hanging skin on my body .I suffered with sleep apnea and extreme snoring and they no longer exist for me. I sleep soundly every night now. I could not sleep on my back because of the space between the bed and my lower back. That space is now normal now. I literally could not get on my knees and get up again- I was like a beached whale. The changes in my life, my marriage and my relationships with others are overwhelming to me.

Start Weight: 160
End Weight: 120

In the past 9 years, I have had six pregnancies, (one miscarriage and 5 births, three of which were c-sections). I am only five feet tall. Last thanksgiving I was around 155 or 160 pounds. My mom came over one day and asked me if I would like to exercise with her. I said sure. She had one of your 3 mile workout DVDs. I have to admit, I only lasted 1 mile. I was so out of shape. By that time, I was a size 14 skirt (tight) and extra large shirt (14/16). I am a stay at home mom, with four children (Cailee passed away when she was 20 months old in 2005). Because I lost my daughter, I went through depressions and tiredness. I didn't think I had the time to exercise or even the right to take the extra time. I home school my nine and sever year old and have two busy toddler boys that keep me busy. I never get tired of working out with you. Meanwhile, I cry less, enjoy my family so much more, and instead of waking at 7:30, I started waking at 5:30. That gave me enough time to do the 5 miles and read my Bible and pray. My energy is unexplainable.
