For a couple that has been married 36 years and the most exercise we ever had done before was to walk in and out of the house and in the yard to do be doing five miles a day it is remarkable. When we walk we always say "Can you believe we are doing this now and enjoying it?" But we are and we are so thankful to you, without you and your videos we would only be getting heavier and the older you get the more difficult it is to loose the weight. My husband has had two knee replacements and when he checked with his doctor about the videos he said it was great. This has helped the range of motion in his knees so much.!

In December of 2006, at the age of 31 I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. Immediately I was put on blood pressure medication. My Dr. made the comment that if he looked inside, I would probably have damage to my heart. You could imagine how I felt. I have two beautiful children, my whole life flashed before my eyes. What would happen to my kids if I weren't around?

I believe Leslie was sent to me as a gift, a blessing. Never before have I felt so healthy and proud of myself. My family and I go everywhere now. I tell everyone I know about the Walk at Home series. I refer to Leslie as my fitness angel. She is so positive and caring in her videos it becomes infectious.

I lost 104lbs in 3 years and have maintained my loss for 1 year. I have been using your DVDs for 2 years and they helped me lose the last 20 lbs to reach my goal. I use them now for maintaining my healthy lifestyle. I feel great exercising, and my body knows if I skip it too long.

I have people at work and at church wanting to know what I have been doing to look so good and healthy. One lady told me she was trying to figure out who that was standing by my husband. After church she approached me and said she had to know what I was doing to look so good. I have even loaned out some of my lower mile DVDs and videos so they can see what I have been doing. Everyone that has tried it said it was fun and it went so fast and about how much sweat during the walk.
