Age: 41

End Weight: 175

Leslie's attitude on her tapes is just motivating. She has proved it doesn't have to be complicated or completely exhausting to get a good workout. I not only walked away the pounds, I walked away high blood pressure. After being on blood pressure medication for six years, I am to this day medication free, and have, like most normal blood pressure. I am not a borderline diabetic anymore, and I don't take any medicine for my fibromyalgia. Also, to this day, no knee surgery! I have enough energy to be there for my kids and husband. But most importantly, I am there for ME!

Age:48
Start Weight: 250
End Weight: 160

I am 48 years old and feel better than I have in years. I now own a dozen of Leslie's walks (thank you Leslie and QVC) and do 5 miles a day, 5-6 days a week. In one year, I had gone from weighing 250 pounds to hovering between 160-165 pounds. I am off of my blood pressure medication, and my gastric reflux medication. I feel wonderful. I can cross my legs again. I stand taller and am not embarrassed to be out in shorts in public with my teenage daughters. I love wearing jeans again.

I hope these success by walking stories help motivate you on your own personal goals. A goal you might want to consider is trying to have your own story posted here. If you do have a weight loss success story you would like to share with us please go to our Submit category to share your success with us. We would love to hear about it. Remember, you don't need to have a 100+ loss story for it to be a success story. Everyone is different, and have different goals and reasons for weight loss. If you reached yours we would love to hear about it, and will possibly share your story with your other fellow walkers.
